Customers are happier than ever with EMC service!

Our annual customer satisfaction survey was sent to all of our customers in October. Every year has seen improved results and 2018 was no different, with the highest scores we have ever received.

The best score improvements were shown in lead time, quality performance of coating and sales department service. There was also zero ‘Unsatisfactory’ responses. The results reflect the hard work that the EMC team have put in during the last 12 months. Rest assured, we still aim to continually improve and beat these results in 2019. 

EMC would like to thank all of our customers who completed the survey and offered constructive feedback. We always welcome any discussions regarding our level of service.
